Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 April 2026. We'll post the revision date on any future update and, for material changes, email active customers at least 14 days in advance.
1. Who we are
Regna Verkt ("Regna Verkt", "we", "us") is operated by an independent professional (Spanish autónomo) established in Spain (EU), providing a developer API, a set of embeddable components ("widgets") and a conversational AI ("chat") over Swedish company data.
Contact: hello@regnaverkt.com.
2. The service
We aggregate company-level data (registrations, annual reports, ownership, events and news) from Swedish regulators, statistics authorities and public-domain sources, and expose it through a typed REST API, webhooks, client libraries and widgets. Every field is tagged with its source document so customers can audit the provenance.
We do not guarantee that the dataset is exhaustive or error-free. Customers should treat Regna Verkt as an integration layer on top of primary sources, not as a replacement for regulatory filings.
3. Your account
To use the API you create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and of any API keys we issue to you. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use; we will rotate affected keys at your request.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service to break applicable law, including sanctions, data-protection, consumer-protection or anti-discrimination regulations;
- attempt to reverse-engineer the service, bypass rate limits or gain unauthorised access to other customers' data;
- resell or sub-license raw data access without a written agreement;
- use the service to build a competing public dataset covering the same Swedish company-registry scope.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach this clause. For non-material issues we will notify you first and give reasonable time to cure.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are charged monthly in advance via our Merchant of Record, Stripe Managed Payments, which also issues standards-compliant invoices (including VAT where applicable) and handles tax remittance to the relevant jurisdictions.
Paid plans above Basic (Starter, Pro, Business) include a 14-day trial that does not require a payment method. Basic is our entry tier and is billed at $9/month from signup. If you start a paid-plan trial and do not activate a subscription before it ends, your account continues on Basic and you may upgrade at any time.
Plan changes take effect immediately for upgrades (prorated) and at the end of the current cycle for downgrades. We do not refund partial months outside the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for EU consumers (B2B customers waive this right on checkout per EU Directive 2011/83).
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; existing API keys continue to work at Basic-tier limits until the end of the paid period.
7. Service levels
We operate the self-serve service on a best-effort basis with a target of 99.5% monthly availability, measured at the `/api/v1/health` endpoint. Enterprise agreements can include a contractual SLA; please contact sales@regnaverkt.com.
8. Data accuracy and liability
Company-level data reflects public registry filings at the time of ingestion. Regulators occasionally correct historic filings; our system picks up corrections on the next refresh and overwrites the affected row. We do not warrant that the data is free of errors originating in the source documents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees paid by you to Regna Verkt in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data or other indirect damages.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes what personal data we process (account email, billing address via Stripe Managed Payments, API-usage logs, analytics cookies with consent) and how you can access, correct or delete it.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect new features, legal requirements or operational changes. Material changes will be announced by email to active customers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent at the operator's place of residence in Spain, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights under the law of the customer's place of residence.
